Cris Porto is a jewelry brand created by the jeweler Cristiane Porto, which bears her name and identity.

Inspired by art, nature and its essence, the jeweler carries in its DNA a spectrum of possibilities to create jewelry with a unique design, full of personality and expression.

The beauty of each piece is translated into exclusive jewelry made by hand with noble and impressive gems that bring a touch of delicacy and richness of details that make all the difference in each of his authorial creations.

With limited production and passion in all stages of the creation process, one of the brand's great differentials is translating stories of love, life and family into each jewel, with a personal and unique design.

THE JEWELER

From Uberlândia from Minas Gerais, Cris Porto graduated in Arts from the Federal University of Uberlândia and became a jeweler by chance.

Encouraged by a friend, she started working at a jewelry counter. It was immediate passion and the certainty that the jewel would be her form of expression for life. For six years he worked as a goldsmith and did internships in jewelry stores and ateliers until he opened his own.

Cris Porto started working in silver, but found himself in gold, a raw material that, in conjunction with precious stones, gives life to exuberant and bold pieces.

“My creative process takes many forms. Often, the stone inspires me, so it tells me what it wants to be and then I let myself go. When I imagine a piece, I go in search of the ideal stone. I like to listen to my heart, to get emotional with each creation. The jewelry store brought me and brings me great moments of emotion"

His creations won national and international awards, such as the International Pearl Design Contest, considered the Oscar of jewelry in Japan, and the Design Forum De Beers (largest diamond company in the world), in two editions (1992 and 1997).

Cris Porto is on De Beers' list of the 100 best jewelry designers in the Americas and has already exhibited at the Louvre Museum, in Paris, at the Mikimoto gallery, in Tokyo, and in three editions of the largest jewelry fair in the world, BaselWorld, at the Switzerland.

Cris Porto Space

In a bold and at the same time cozy space, located in an upscale neighborhood of São Paulo, the Joalheria Cris Porto space was planned with great care in every detail that makes up the environments, full of inspiration and beauty.

The idea of creating the space came from the jeweler's desire to receive clients and friends as if she were in the living room of her own home.

The entire design of the space was designed and planned by architect Deborah Pinheiro, childhood friend and fellow countrywoman of Cris Porto, who brought creative solutions to portray the jeweler's life story in a striking and authentic way.

The objects and works of art that make up the place were acquired by Cris Porto throughout his life, on his travels in Brazil and around the world. Unique pieces that the jeweler panned and bring pleasant memories to be relived.

The photos of the jewelry are property of Joalheria Cris Porto, and their reproduction without authorization is prohibited for any purpose.

Minors are not allowed to make purchases on this website.

Joalheria Cris Porto respects the uniqueness of each stone, and some pieces are handmade and handcrafted, so there may be slight differences between the photo and the jewelry purchased.

Certification of any stone can be carried out with a GIA gemologist, provided that it is requested in advance and paid all related costs.

We remind you that the photo “on the model” is for proportional purposes only and does not represent the color (white gold, yellow gold and rose gold) of the piece. Also remembering that each monitor/screen has its own color calibration, which may cause a difference in the shades of the colors of the gems, if compared to the physical piece.

Joalheria Cris Porto products are handcrafted and made according to demand, for this reason, there may be the impossibility of remaking the piece, the need for an extension of the delivery period and differences between the prices of each piece compared to the parts available at our physical points of sale.

The value expressed on the website is in reais (R$), in cash, debit or bank slip. And the measurements are all approximate, taken from the top view of the piece.

Gold with black rhodium undergoes a specific bath that, due to use, friction of the piece or various reasons, must eventually be redone.

In the case of natural wear and tear of the part due to use, this is not covered by the warranty.

In identifying the parts we use:

ct to stone carats (1ct equals 1/5 of a gram)
k for metal carats (our gold follows the European international standard for 18k gold content)

The values are subject to change according to the volatility of gold and the dollar.

Purchasing through the website implies full acceptance of the conditions and rules described in this regulation.

Omissions and eventual provisions not contained in this regulation will be resolved in agreement with Joalheria Cris Porto.

WARRANTY:

*1 year warranty on all parts.

The jewelry loses its warranty if it shows signs of service performed in another workshop and is not a service authorized by Joalheria Cris Porto.

The guarantee does not cover threads, leathers and fabrics, as they show natural wear and tear.

Damage caused by dropping, knocking, chemicals or misuse, also excludes the warranty claim.

The site respects the copyright of the photographs, articles and news reproduced on it, only reproducing its own or public content (images that are accessible to the public on the internet).

If there is any suspicion of copyright infringement or breach of privacy in the content reproduced on the website, we ask that you send us a detailed message, with name and contact telephone number, to contato@crisportojoias.com.br, so that we can respond directly to you. .

The eventual removal of content from the website should be understood as a demonstration of good faith and our intention to avoid further questions regarding this matter and, never, as an acknowledgment of any infringement of third party rights.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

Joalheria Cris Porto works with high quality products and always seeks to ensure the satisfaction of its customers.

To this end, this purpose is governed by our Exchange and Return Policy, which follows the terms of the Consumer Protection Code.

General considerations:

Product returned without this prior notice, after the deadline, with the absence of items, accessories and/or invoice, will be resent to the customer by the company. The costs of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

If any of the following occurs, refuse to receive the product:

– Open or damaged packaging;

– Faulty product;

– Product not in accordance with the order;

– Lack of accessories.

1. EXCHANGE:

Requests for exchange of products made within the deadline of 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase of the products and provided that the conditions below are respected:

– Presentation of the Invoice (even if you received the product as a gift);

– Product not in accordance with the order;

– The product must be sent in its original packaging (even if it has been opened), without traces of use and with all its accessories.

Joalheria Cris Porto reserves the right to charge the expenses related to product withdrawal and delivery of the product(s) to be exchanged at the customer's residence. If there is a difference in value to be complemented by the customer, the prices practiced in the virtual store must be respected.

2. WITHDRAWAL BY REPENTANCE:

If you purchase a product through the virtual store and give up your purchase, within up to 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, you have the option to return the product to Joalheria Cris Porto, exchange it or receive a refund. in the total value of the product returned in accordance with the terms of article 49 of the CDC.

Requests for withdrawal due to regret communicated within the deadline of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product(s), will be accepted provided that the conditions below are respected:

– Prior communication to the email address contato@crisportojoias.com.br;

– Presentation of the Invoice (even if you received the product as a gift);

– Product not in accordance with the order;

– The product must be sent in its original packaging (even if it has been opened), without traces of use and with all its accessories.

Important: If there are signs of use of the product, improper handling or, if the product is not intact and complete with its original packaging, the return for regret cannot be accepted.

Refund of value: If you cancel the purchase, the refund of the value of the product will be carried out by reversing the credit card to be effected within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the product(s) in our Central Warehouse .

3. MANUFACTURING DEFECT:

If you purchase a product from Joalheria Cris Porto through the virtual store and it has a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced by another one equal to the one described in your invoice or a similar one, if it is not available in stock, under the terms of the article 18 of the CDC.

If the product is not available in stock for replacement, but there is a forecast of replacement, the period for exchange may reach 180 days.

To request the replacement of the product you must, within the legal period, contact the email address contato@crisportojoias.com.br with the following documents in hand:

– CPF Registered on the site;

– Invoice (even if you received the product as a gift);

– The product must be sent in its original packaging (even if it has been opened), without traces of use and with all its accessories.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or need for adjustment, at the time the part is delivered to us, it will undergo an evaluation and will be forwarded to the appropriate repairs.

If there is a cost not covered by the company's warranty, the customer will be informed before sending the adjustment for approval.

If no problem is identified or if one of the conditions described in the previous topic has not been complied with, the replacement will not be carried out and the product will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs.

4. FAILURE:

If you receive a product that is damaged or has the packaging broken, refuse the product at the time of delivery or request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If the product is not available in stock for replacement, but there is a forecast of replacement, the period for exchange for damage may reach 90 days. The product will be replaced by another one equal to the one described in your invoice or by a similar one, if it is not available in stock, according to the terms of article 18 of the CDC.
